At THE GREAT., we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
